The quickest, easiest and most convenient way to purchase is by ordering online. You can view product images and add to your basket as required. When you are finished shopping, proceed to our secure checkout area, choose from the delivery option suitable to you, select the payment option and finally place your order. Do you offer free shipping in UK?
Yes, we offer a free delivery service for all orders above £50. Standard Delivery service under is £2.99 anywhere in the UK. Why are the products so much cheaper?
We sell directly to customers like you. We do not own any shops, we do not use any middlemen and we do not spend large amounts on advertisements, so our overheads are low compared to our competitors. We in turn pass on all our savings to you by keeping product prices low, even lowest in UK for some of the products.
Are all the fragrances I buy genuine?
Of course, all the goods we sell are 100% genuine and they are same as the name branded fragrances you find in any department stores. The only main difference is that the prices we offer are cheap compared to department stores or high street perfume outlets.
How Quickly will I receive my purchase(s)?
The timescale is dependant on the type of delivery service you choose; however, the main Delivery service we use to ship your order is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. We quote the delivery times that Royal Mail publishes for this service which is typically 2-3 working days from date of despatch. We normally despatch goods within 3 days of receiving the orders.
What happens if I want to exchange or refund my order?
You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of goods and return the goods by following the ‘Return Procedure’ within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must retain all original packaging, including the cellophane wrapper in case you wish to return the goods. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel any order providing you have placed your order and do not wish for us to ship, or, if we have shipped the good(s) you have the right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt in accordance with our Return Policy. This cancellation period commences the day after the day you receive the goods.

To cancel your order, please contact us stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancel, and fill in the ‘Return or Exchange request Form’ and follow the procedure for return. If we have already shipped your items and you wish to return the items, you must re-package securely and send using Royal Mail tracking services so that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that your order was delivered to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty.
If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing and/or gift wrapping. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 30 days.

Once we have dispatched your order to the address that you requested and unless you have requested any special delivery requirements, then the delivery service bought with your order was Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. We quote the delivery times that Royal Mail publishes for this service which is typically 2-3 working days. We normally despatch goods within 3 days of receiving the orders.
Please allow at least 5 working days for delivery and If you do not receive the goods in 5 working days from dispatch, we advise you to kindly track your delivery using the Royal Mail tracking number, supplied in the e-mail invoice that has been sent to you, using www.RoyalMail.com to find out whether delivery has been attempted and whether your order is being held at your local Royal Mail delivery office.
After 15 working days from dispatch the Royal Mail status of a delivery using Royal Mail 2nd Class is “LOST”. Fortunately this does not happen very often and we monitor Royal Mail performance to ensure that they are providing good service to our customers at the same time as an unbeatable value service. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days please get in touch with us and we will offer either a refund or replacement and cover the cost of redelivery ourselves.
